Mechanical reloading bridges are an inexpensive alternative in cases where only vehicles with the same height of loading platforms are docked. With the right ramp height, you can easily block small height differences.

• MLS can be easily and quickly installed and welded into a prepared pit. Additionally, they can be equipped with a box for pouring concrete, which will allow concreting it completely during construction.
• MRS with side consoles can simply be installed in front of the opening. They are quickly mounted, without a niche in the workshop, as well as just next to the existing ramps. The side consoles, arranged vertically or horizontally, form a support structure for the access buffers.

Hydraulic reloading bridges are supplied with a folding or retractable ramp. Due to their length up to 5 m, they cover large height differences between the ramp and the loading platform of the truck. At the same time, the platform of the reloading bridge is made as a whole product up to 2000x3000 mm in size. The boards of wider and longer reloading bridges are carefully connected with a solid, stable weld.

Airlock vestibules are usually installed in front of a warehouse or workshop, which is a particularly energy-efficient and compact solution. This allows you to use the area of the room up to the exterior walls. The gates of the workshop, at the same time, are mounted not above the reloading bridge, but behind it. Thus, especially outside the loading and unloading time, the maximum tightness of the gate opening is ensured

• LHF 2. Any suitable cladding can be installed on the frame structure – it is recommended when the appearance of the gateway-vestibule should correspond to the facade of the building.
• LHC 2 with double-walled sandwich panels 60 mm thick.
• LHP 2. The side walls and the overlap panel of the reloading bridges of this design are made of double-walled steel panels with a thickness of 60 mm. The side walls are installed without visible screws. They are recommended in cases when during loading, along with protection from adverse weather conditions, it is important to muffle the noise level.
• LHP 2 Thermo. These transfer bridges with thermal separation have additional insulation in the area under the transfer bridge – thanks to 80 mm thick panels.

Awning gate sealers are suitable for trucks of various dimensions and therefore are universal. They are available in several versions in the form of a model with a reloading platform or a model for the roadway and are optimally suited in most cases.

• DT. The awning material welded by high-frequency welding is made of polyester, 2 mm thick, and with a special fabric liner, covered on both sides with a layer of PVC.
• DS. The side and upper awnings are made of a two-layer fabric of the supporting structure, 3 mm thick, of polyester monofilaments covered with a layer of PVC on both sides.
• DDF with especially strong awnings located on top of foam-filled side cushions is a reliable alternative to awning gate sealers with control levers and scissor-type levers.

Inflatable gate sealers precisely adapt to trucks of various sizes. Excellent sealing prevents the penetration of cold into the heated storage room or workshop and heat into the refrigerating rooms and thereby saves energy.

• DAS-3. Only after the truck is docked, the fan inflates the gate sealer around the vehicle and seals the loading area completely within a few seconds.
• DAS-G-3 is a model for the roadway, which makes it possible to freely enter the building with non-inflated pillows.
• The DAK-3 is a successful combination of durable side cushions and an inflatable upper cushion with sandwich lining.

Gate sealers with cushions provide insulation not only of the transition point from the back of the truck to the building, but also of the space between the truck and the open door. This reduces the side loading opening of the car.

• DFH - sealers with strong side and top cushions.
• DFC - sealers with strong side and upper cushions, as well as an additional strong upper awning. Suitable for small trucks with different body heights and for workshops with high gates.
